The address below reaches the person who tuned the Lab-space matcher — not a ticket system:
"It called my color the wrong name": send the HEX from the readout and the name you expected. Naming is genuinely subjective at the borders (one person's teal is another's turquoise), but if the match is perceptually off, that's a matcher bug and we want it.
Camera won't start: browser, device, and whether the address bar shows the camera as blocked. On iPhones, camera access needs Safari 11+ and HTTPS — both should be true here, so failures are interesting.
A companion idea: the bar is "does it need this site's pixel engine?" Pitch anything that clears it.
We can't recover a palette from a closed tab — colors live in page memory only (privacy). Export before you go.
